Celebrate the new season of fearless and exuberant artistry with a sensational dinner at the St. Regis followed by a world premiere performance at the YBCA Theater of World’s on Fire. Afterwards, join ODC
dancers, choreographers, collaborating dancers, and fellow art enthusiasts at a glamorous after-party in the St. Regis. Proceeds from ticket sales support ODC’s mission to inspire audiences, cultivate artists, and foster diversity and inclusion through dance.
World’s on Fire explores the cyclical nature of human experience with smoldering choreography and fiery music, played live by the renowned old time ensemble The Crooked Jades. World’s on Fire tackles the emotional underpinnings of community: kinship, belief, suffering, love and the will to survive.
A world premiere choreographed by Kate Weare and Brenda Way.
Regular admission: $40-80
